ON OTHER PLANETS
BIO
Once upon a time, Steve, Debbie, and Alex went to go see a movie. (The Chronicles of Narnia!! That's how totally cool they are!) When they got home after the movie, Debbie and Steve started talking to each other through the magic of the internet and instant messaging. Steve began to think "Wait a second, Debbie you play a killer keyboard, I play drums, and damn Alex is a pretty good bassist and we all have similar tastes in music." That night, Debbie and Steve worked like nuts getting flyers ready to look for a guitarist to make the band complete. At the first practice, Alex decided to pick up his guitar so they could make some songs (as he is also a killer guitarist). After an hour of keyboarding using computer speakers, guitaring, and pounding on a ripped snare drum head (which they used duct tape and a couple thousand staples to try to fix), they finally came out with their first song. One minute and twenty seconds of sweet goodness.
Later, Alex decided that he liked the guitar, and Debbie and Steve decided he was pretty good at it, so Alex decided to stick with it. Then they thought, Who will play bass? So the three called up their good friend and awesome-o bassist Keith. He said, "sure!" and came right on over.
Now the four are playing great music together! A New snare head, a bass amp for that keyboard, and a new bassist to boot! |
